The Division of Research & Innovation (DORI) is excited to announce the second round of funding opportunities for the Research Grand Challenges Seed and Development Grants. 

Wayne State University’s Grand Challenges initiative integrates our strengths in research, education, and innovation to tackle the most pressing issues in Detroit, across Michigan, and around the globe. From health disparities and climate change to AI ethics and mobility access, we are driving bold ideas and real-world solutions that create a more prosperous, sustainable, and equitable future.
