1.  Define burnout and identify the impacts of burnout on physicians/mental health providers and patient care.

2.  Define well-being and identify the individual and organizational evidence-based practices that facilitate wellness. 

3.  Develop a personal plan to implement strategies, including an approach to overcoming challenges.
