Financial Stress Regulation Group

Financial stress affects more than your budget – it impacts your emotions, body, and relationships. This group focuses on emotional and behavioral wellness related to finances. Group members will learn to use emotional-regulation tools for anxiety, practice mind-body grounding skills to reduce tension and shame, reflect on money decisions using personal values and meaning, and apply transferable skills and insights beyond the group.
Group is held remotely on Mondays from 1-2pm, starting February 2.
