Honors students are invited to attend our regular series featuring lunch and conversation with campus and community leaders, sponsored by Dr. Bob Pettapiece, '80.

This Lunches with Leaders will feature Bernard J. Costello, M.D., D.M.D., the senior vice president for Health Affairs and Distinguished Professor at Wayne State University. He leads the university’s health sciences programs, including the School of Medicine, the College of Nursing, the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and the emerging School of Public Health. Dr. Costello has over two decades of experience in higher education and clinical care, including being a nationally recognized leader in craniofacial surgery.

The event will take place in the Undergraduate Library in room 2145 on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026 at 12:00 pm (noon) to 1:00 pm. Event is limited to 40 RSVPs.
