Please join us as we hear from practicing attorneys and judges about how to better support individuals that come into contact with the criminal justice system. We will discuss how to recognize and support those experiencing stress and anxiety, how to interact with those confronting sensitive and emotionally charged cases, and ideas for developing rapport with the people we serve.
Invited guests include: Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Andre Hage (Oakland Count), Judge Andy Kowalkowski (44th District), and Professor Daniel Ellman (Wayne State Law School).
