Amy Santee is a Career Strategist based in Portland, Oregon who helps people design intentional careers and navigate the working world with agency and conviction. Her work focuses on supporting people to cultivate self-trust, practice self-advocacy, and make strategic decisions based on who they are and what they value. Drawing on 15 years in UX and tech, along with graduate training in applied anthropology, Amy brings a deeply human and systemic perspective to her approach. She holds an MA from the University of Memphis and a Professional Certificate in Coaching from New York University.
