Learn how to shift your mind into focus-mode. This flow will be 30 minutes of yoga dedicated to improving focus and memory followed by a 15 min crashcourse from the ASC on how to improve your memory when studying. No experience required.
We will have a limited number of yoga mats available. You may bring your own mat or bring a towel (to use as a mat).
