Learn how to get your mind into study-mode when you need to. Join the ASC and WSU Well-Being Coordinator, Travis Van Dyke, as he leads students through a 3-part mindfulness session: stretching, mindfulness and digital stress workshop, and meditation. No prior experience required, all are welcome.
