As announced earlier this semester, Vice President for Research & Innovation Obasi established a Facilities & Administrative/Indirect Cost Recovery (F&A/ICR) Task Force to review Wayne State’s ICR allocation formula.

As part of the process, the task force is benchmarking our practices against peer institutions and assessing the impact of the proposed new FAIR model for F&A. We are also seeking to engage the campus community to gather broad input from stakeholders on how ICR is currently used by units and PIs, and learn about the potential impact of any change in ICR allocation. To this aim, we are holding three online Zoom listening sessions:

• College of Liberal Arts & Sciences: Monday, March 23, 10 to 11 a.m.
• School of Medicine: Thursday, March 26, 12 noon to 1 p.m.
• All other schools and colleges: Friday, March 27, 10 to 11 a.m.
