2026 Warrior Scholars Conference for Undergraduate Research and Creative Work
9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Warrior Scholars Conference is Wayne State University’s largest all-campus event showcasing undergraduate research, scholarship, and creative work from students across all majors and programs. Each year, students share their discoveries, contributions, and creations through oral presentations, posters, creative exhibitions, and artistic performances.
The event is open to all members of the WSU community and the general public, with no registration required to attend. Students who wish to present must register by March 13 using the presenter registration form.
EVENT SCHEDULE
8:30am–9:00am – Registration and Welcome (foyer outside Ballroom)
9:00am–10:00am – Poster Presentations (Ballroom)
10:30am–12:00pm – Oral Paper Presentations (Hilberry Rooms)
12:00pm–1:00pm – Lunch in Ballroom (presenters and faculty mentors only; registration required during presentation sign-up)
1:00pm–2:00pm – Creative and Performing Arts Exhibitions and Presentations | Quantitative Experience Showcase (Hilberry Rooms)
The 2026 Warrior Scholars Conference is organized by the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (UROP) in partnership with the Irvin D. Reid Honors College, the Academic Success Center, and the Academy of Scholars to support undergraduate scholarship and student success. Questions should be directed to UROP at urop@wayne.edu.
