Do you find yourself overthinking about the past or excessively worried about the future? Is it difficult to cope with distressing emotions? Consider joining the Mindfulness and Distress Tolerance group! In just 8 sessions, learn how to use mindfulness skills to cope with difficult feelings, and improve connection to body, mind, and soul.

Group is held remotely on Thursdays from 2-3pm, starting February 5.
