Working on campus is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to build valuable skills that employers are looking for. In this interactive workshop, students who work in any on-campus role (tutors, front desk staff, student assistants, peer mentors, and more) will learn how to translate their student employment into meaningful career experience.

Led by Organizational Development Consultant, Sarah Agnihotri, who has experience facilitating this workshop with students, this session will help you recognize the transferable skills you are already developing through your campus job. Participants will explore career mapping strategies to gain greater career clarity and learn practical ways to showcase their experience on resumes and in interviews.
