Survivors of IPV may struggle with a variety of symptoms, impacting their thoughts, emotions, behaviors and relationships. This group will help members improve understanding of the impact of trauma, and improve emotional regulation, resourcing, boundary-setting, self-esteem, and body awareness.
Group is held remotely on Thursdays 12-1, starting January 29.
