TOPIC: "Screen Time and Mental Health in Children"  

Objectives:

1.  Review generational trends in technology, highlighting current patterns of exposure in today's children in school and at home. 

2.  Identify the impact of screen time on children across developmental stages with respect to mood, cognition, and behavior.

3.  Explore current recommendations regarding what, if any, appropriate screen time is across the stages of development.
