“De México al Corazón de Detroit” Annual End of Year Showcase
6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Join us for our annual end-of-year showcase where we culminate our academic year with a celebratory event. This showcase will highlight accomplishments of the group, such as our graduates, as well as showcase the regions that we have learned this year.
This year's theme is “De México al Corazón de Detroit," which translates to From Mexico to the Heart of Detroit. This title is very fitting because we are bringing dances and live folk traditions from Mexico to the Heart of Detroit which is here at Wayne State and in Midtown.
We will also be accompanied by live music from a local Detroit group: Grupo Autonomo.
Doors open at 6:30pm | Show starts at 7pm
