This interactive workshop will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of implicit bias, its impact on individuals and communities, and the importance of inclusiveness, empathy, and cultural competence. By the end of the session, attendees will be equipped to define and describe implicit bias, recognize the influence of stereotypes and biased statements even when unintentional, and discuss strategies to raise awareness of and eliminate personal biases.
