The Fort Archaeology in Michigan exhibit showcases the rich military, cultural and everyday histories uncovered at historic fort sites across the state. Featuring artifacts excavated by university researchers and students, the displays highlight tools, ceramics, trade goods and personal items that reveal how soldiers, settlers and Indigenous communities lived and interacted.
