Conversations That Create the Culture - How Your Strengths and Weaknesses Shape the Way You Lead
1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming Wayne Women LEAD event:
In this one-hour overview of Conversations That Create the Culture, Vanessa Denha Garmo shows leaders how everyday interactions such as emails, meetings, quick check‑ins, even silence shape the culture they’re building. She highlights how people show up with both their strengths and their weaknesses, and how those patterns influence clarity, trust, and team dynamics.
Through real examples from her communications assessments, Vanessa reveals the small but powerful shifts leaders can make to communicate with greater intention. Participants walk away with a clearer understanding of how their natural style impacts others and how simple, consistent conversations can strengthen alignment, engagement, and organizational culture.
Participants can take a free Epiphany Communications Assessment that is designed to prompt a conversation around our own commuication styles. It's available on the homepage: Epiphany Communications | Coaching & Consulting
