You may be using open source software every day—Do you know what obligations come with it?
Most research software incorporates open-source components, often without researchers realizing the licensing implications. Join the Division of Research & Innovation on August 13 from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at IBio for the next Lunch & Learn session.
This session will explain what researchers need to know about open-source software, software licenses, and commercialization considerations, and will provide practical guidance for avoiding problems later.
