Within the new service catalog/portal, you will find self-service resources and a new ticketing process to request help with questions about benefits, timesheets and paychecks, learning and development, employee information updates, and much more. This new process will enable you to receive a real-time status on requests, increased transparency, and an improved customer experience. 

Please note the HR Service Center will remain available to assist you at 313-577-3000, and your departmental Human Resources Consultant will continue to be your direct contact for HR services specific to your school, college, or division.
