The Division of Research & Innovation is pleased to invite the campus community to the next Lunch & Learn session, Funding Your Research: A Guide to Extramural Support Opportunities.

Curious where your next grant, gift, or partnership could come from? This session maps the full extramural support landscape at Wayne State — from federal and state funding to philanthropy and corporate partnerships. Representatives from the Division of Research & Innovation, University-Wide Philanthropy, Corporate Engagement, and State Government Relations will walk you through who does what, how these offices work together, and — most importantly — how to get connected to the right support for your research.

The workshop will be held on September 10, 2026 from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at IBio, located at 6135 Woodward Ave. The event is free. Registration will open soon and is required.
