Through relatable examples and practical strategies, attendees will discover healthier ways to support themselves and others during stressful situations. Participants will explore supportive communication skills that encourage empathy, emotional validation, and psychological safety. The training also highlights the importance of emotionally healthy cultures within workplaces, families, and communities.
