Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, manage, and respond effectively to emotions in ourselves and others. This training explores the four core attributes of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. Participants will learn how emotional intelligence influences communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, and workplace culture. The training also provides practical strategies for strengthening emotional awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, and relationship-building skills. Through discussion and reflection, participants will identify behaviors that support healthier personal and professional interactions. By the end of the training, participants will better understand how emotional intelligence contributes to personal growth, resilience, collaboration, and organizational success.
