Cost is $100 for a general attendee or $56 per student.
Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 9:30 a.m. Lunch will take place after golfing, followed by the raffle drawing.
Those who cannot attend but would like to help support the work of the clinic and those who would like to help sponsor the outing can do so here.
The clinic is a 501c3 non-profit urban clinic providing comprehensive medical care to the uninsured residents of Detroit. Wayne State University School of Medicine students and physician leaders established the clinic in 2010. The clinic has continued to grow and now assists more than 200 patients annually, providing a wide array of services, including community education, laboratory testing, a pharmacy, diagnostic procedures and ophthalmology services free of charge.
