Join us at the Planetarium for our latest Sciences & Humanities Under the Dome Lecture!

Wayne Lusardi, underwater archaeologist for the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, will speak with us about some of his research.  While you may think of sunken ships and the occasional Model T on the bottom of the Great Lakes, there is also debris from Space exploration.  Join us to hear about all of the remains of our space exploration that have ended up in the Great Lakes and Mr. Lusardi's efforts to track these objects down and map and preserve them. 

Doors open at 5:30pm for pre-lecture refreshments.  Lecture starts at 6pm.

Seating is limited to 60 people, so an RSVP is requested. RSVP form will open one month prior to the event.

Sciences & Humanities Under the Dome is a free public lecture series supported by the Rita & Stanley Levy & Ratna & Vaman Naik Endowment. We welcome all members of the community to join us in the planetarium for these research lectures!
