The current social climate locally and nationally can leave you feeling overwhelmed and unequipped to manage the rapid fire changes we are all enduring. This 5-week workshop will teach the skills needed to improve your relationships and manage your unpleasant feelings that may be growing in intensity. DBT Skills training will develop your ability to be a skillful communicator, learn to identify and use balance in your decision making and help you manage stress. These skills will be beneficial in navigating current experiences of distress and future occurrences. Register today!

Workshop is held on Thursdays from 3-4.30pm beginning June 25. Limited to 15 participants, must be a currently registered WSU student to attend.
