Get ready for an unforgettable event as the Wayne State University Planetarium partners with USA Hockey Arena for Solar Eclipse Night! Join us for an evening of exciting hockey action as we prepare for the upcoming near-total solar eclipse in Detroit.

Cheer on the USA Hockey U18 team as they take on the Muskegon Lumberjacks at 7 p.m. USA Hockey's National Team Development Program (NTDP) is the pinnacle of USA Hockey's amateur player development program. The NTDP scouts and selects the top 22 players in two age groups (Under-17 and Under-18) to train and develop in a highly competitive environment.

Highlights of Solar Eclipse Night

👓 Free solar eclipse glasses will be available to the first 1,000 fans: Experience the eclipse safely with a pair of WSU/USA Hockey exclusive solar eclipse glasses, available to the first 1,000 fans through the door.
