On June 8th at 12:00 noon, a team of Wayne State students, faculty, and staff will participate in Ruth Ellis Center's "STRIDE" event by hosting a one-mile walk around campus that will start outside of Old Main and will terminate at the Reuther Library (for those interested we'll congregate in the shade between Reuther Library and the Art Building for snacks and socializing). The event is open to all students, faculty, staff, and friends, and there are a number of ways to get involved if you're interested in helping the Ruth Ellis Center:

• Donate to our fundraising page or encourage others to donate. (You don't have to attend the walk to donate.)
• Share the fundraising page on your social media accounts.
• Attend the walk itself. (You don't have to donate or raise donations to attend—Everyone is welcome.)
