The Office of the Vice President for Research is pleased to offer the Research Development seminar series for WSU faculty, chairs & directors, postdoctoral trainees & graduate students, and administrators. Seminars are free but registration is required.
This seminar, Developing Your Research Program: Research – Resources - Relationships, will take place via Zoom on Thursday, January 13th, 2022, from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm.
This informal event will offer a wealth of wisdom and advice for establishing and maintaining your research program here at Wayne State University. Faculty panelists representing disciplines from the sciences, social sciences, and humanities will discuss issues of common interest to all faculty: knowing the university environment, creating your research plan, research support & resources, time management, mentors and mentees, social media, networking, creative alliances … and more.
