Do you love or support someone who could benefit from feeling more connected, engaged, and safe and secure with the relationships around them?  Building a Culture of Gentleness has been a part of MORC’s history starting with Dr. John McGee’s influence in the mid-1980’s and has remained a key component to the success we’ve had in this realm.

Although Dr. McGee died in November of 2016, Gentle Teaching and John’s message continues to inspire in our region and regions around the world.  Join this webinar for an opportunity to connect (or reconnect) on the ongoing need to create Cultures of Gentleness for ourselves and those receiving your care and support. As board members of Gentle Teaching International (GTI), we are excited to share with you some updates that will provide you opportunities for both personal and professional growth relating to our Michigan Culture of Gentleness initiatives along with learning opportunities from the Gentle Teaching International global network.

This webinar will include the following outcomes:

  • History of Gentle Teaching
  • The Challenges
  • Gentle Teaching Principles that Address Challenges
  • Measuring our success
  • Benefitting all Relationships
  • The Future of Gentle Teaching
