Join Michigan Developmental Dissabilities Council, Wednesday, November 15th, for their Charting the LifeCourse. The virtual meeting is from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm and is a series for self-advocates, families, and professionals.

Supported Decision-Making allows people to receive the support they need while maintaining their rights. This webinar will utilize the Charting the LifeCourse Framework and tools to discuss ways people can be supported to make their own decisions while living on inclusive community life.

What can Charting the LifeCourse do for You?
People are using it to communicate their needs.
People are advocating for the supports they need to accomplish their goals.
Parents are setting higher expectations for their children.
Families are exploring the services and supports they need.
Parents, siblings, and family members can share their ideas, hopes, and fears for the future.
