Effective leadership and supervision are not only critical skillsets for higher education professionals but also an essential tool for positive team culture and staff/faculty retention. This 2 hour workshop is designed for faculty and staff in leadership or supervisory roles to explore how Restorative Practices can be used to create and maintain healthy relationships with your team or department.
RSVP Required for this workshop. This workshop will be in-person on WSU's campus; there is no video conferencing option. A Zoom version of this workshop is offered on March 23, 2023.
This workshop is part of the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Learning & Development Series (DEI L&D Series) put on by the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in partnership with the Center for Peace and Conflict Studies.
