The Wayne State University College of Engineering is hosting a joint symposium for two National Science Foundation (NSF) Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) programs. Students from Wayne State's "Summer Academy in Sustainable Manufacturing" and Kettering University’s “Utilizing Plants for Innovative Research: Cultivating the Next Generation of Scientists and Engineers” will participate in a rapid fire (1-2 minutes each) oral presentation session as well as a poster competition. This event includes lunch, is free of charge and open to the public.
