Future S.W.E is a one-day event where middle and high school grade students are invited to learn more about the various fields in engineering. Our biggest event of the year #FutureSWE will take place on Saturday, March 3rd, 2018 and SWE is looking for middle school and high school students to attend this event as well as undergraduate or graduate engineering students to volunteer. These students will be participating in hands-on activities and listen to passionate guest speakers. We expect 95% females in our audience.  The activities will introduce the students to all fields of engineering offered at Wayne State University. Students will explore the different disciplines of engineering through a series of workshops led by the Wayne State College of Engineering and volunteers will assist in running the activity related to their major.
