First-Year Engineering Spotlight on Design gives students an opportunity to present design projects and compete for awards. These projects are completed in BE 1200: Design in Engineering, a course centered on the core principles of engineering practice: design, teamwork and professional ethics. This event will empower our first-year students to pursue engineering excellence and nurture relevant problem-solving ideas that can cover a wide range of applications.

All parents, current and prospective students, faculty and staff in attendance will serve as judges and be entered in a raffle to win a tablet. Refreshments will be available, and awards will be presented after voting closes at 1:30 p.m

RSVP is requested for the purposes of food and judging supplies counts.
