Success Sessions are 50-minute sessions designed to help students start the semester strong by connecting them with key resources, sharing valuable insights, and encouraging campus engagement. All students are highly encouraged to attend any of the success sessions. Sessions focus on the following areas:
- Academic Wellness – Strategies for academic success, such as study skills, time management, or navigating academic resources.
- Social Wellness – Helping students build connections and get involved, like joining student organizations or making the most of campus life.
- Physical & Mental Wellness – Supporting well-being through topics like stress management, self-care, nutrition, and work-life balance.
- Personal Wellness – Preparing for life beyond college, including career exploration, financial literacy, and goal setting.
