The Democracy Institute Consortium at Henry Ford Community College along with the Center for Peace and Conflict Studies at Wayne State University will hold the first in a series of forums to examine the threats of Nuclear Weapons in todays world. A panel of experts from Wayne State University, Henry Ford Community College, and the University of Detroit Mercy will present on these threats and the challenges that the world community has to confront today in addressing the growing rhetoric coming from Washington and Moscow about the acceptance of developing more and conceivably using nuclear weapons as a tool of statecraft
