The Detroit Equity Action Lab at Wayne Law's Damon J. Keith Center for Civil Rights presents "Information Democracy: Community Investigation and Research Trainings."

The second of eight workshops will cover Public Records and teach tools to access government and philanthropic records. It will also demystify the art of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests.

The workshops are free and open to the public. A light dinner will be served beginning at 5:30 p.m.
