The Detroit Orientation Institute at Wayne State University engages diverse participants in immersive experiences to understand our region's past, present and future. The Detroit 101 program includes a bus tour of neighborhoods throughout greater downtown, the University District and more, engaging with community leaders along the route. The tour will be led by Jeanette Pierce (Detroit Experience Factory). 

The morning will conclude with lunch and a group dialogue. Special guests will be joining the discussion.

Space is limited. Registration will open on October 1, 2017. Tickets are $100. Limited scholarships are available. Please inquire with Jeri Stroupe directly. This event is produced in partnership with the Detroit Experience Factory.
