New Student Convocation - Faculty/Academic Staff Registration

Faculty and academic staff are invited to attend New Student Convocation at 11 a.m. on Monday, August 29, 2022. The ceremony will be held on the Max J. Pincus Court in front of the McGregor Memorial Conference Center.
New Student Convocation is the official welcome from university administration, faculty and staff for new students as they begin their academic careers at Wayne State.
Reserved seating will be available for faculty and staff attending. Please note: Regalia will not be required for the ceremony - casual business attire, including Wayne State apparel is the dress code for the day.
The FestiFall picnic for students, families, administration, faculty and staff will begin immediately following the ceremony on Gullen Mall/Fountain Court area.
