Honors students are invited to attend this regular series featuring lunch with campus and community leaders. Lunches with Leaders for Wednesday, September 25, 2024 features Edna Lorenz, the Director of WSU Campus Sustainability.
Students with an interest in sustainability, climate change, green energy, environmental studies, sustainable design and energy management are encouraged to attend and hear from this campus leader.
Edna Lorenz is an accomplished energy and sustainability leader with extensive experience in driving strategic sustainability initiatives and achieving significant energy reductions in large-scale organizations. As the former Energy Director at Corewell Health, she shaped and executed a comprehensive energy and carbon reduction program across 22 hospitals. Previously, at Environmental Systems Design in Chicago, she managed LEED certification projects, energy audits, and renewable energy analysis.
The event begins promptly at 12:00 noon and runs until 1:00pm. Lunch will be provided for those attending.
