behavior. It makes us move to act. Motivation
is one’s willingness to exert efforts towards
the accomplishment of his/her goal.
Employee motivation is a critical aspect in the
workplace which leads to the performance of
the department and even the organization.
Managers cannot afford to avoid a concern
with this behavior as it’s the motivated
employees that are the more productive and
quality-conscious ones who produce the best
results.
