Join Sandy Naimou, Certified Yoga Instructor for a four-week program to
learn basic Yoga postures and exercises to help keep the body balanced and
your mind clear. Yoga exercises help improve spinal alignment, posture,
balance, strength and flexibility, while optimizing circulation throughout the
body. Because of the relationship between body and mind, Yoga also helps to
