This meeting will introduce you to the United Nations Regional Centre of Expertise (RCE) on Education for Sustainable Development in the Detroit-Windsor region. You will have the opportunity to contribute input to the RCE’s development and to meet the leadership from both Detroit (Wayne State University) and Windsor (University of Windsor), as well as the Community and Internal Sustainability Council and the student fellows.  Working as a team we will outline a plan to coordinate existing sustainability efforts within and between the two campuses and our two cities.  We will outline mechanisms to foster binational collaboration in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals to build a more engaged and unified regional sustainability community.
