The Wayne Mobile Health Unit will host a flu and COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2023 from 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the IBio atrium, located at 6135 Woodward Ave. in Detroit. 

Important information: 

• Registration is required at https://form.jotform.com/232835461443153
• Please bring your insurance card and photo ID with you so your insurance may be billed
• If you are uninsured, please let us know and we will provide your COVID-19 and Flu vaccines at no cost
• Please wear a shirt or jacket that will allow easy access to you upper arm
• Once the vaccine(s) is/are administered, you will be asked to remain in the atrium for monitoring by the staff for 15 minutes after the injection
• If you have questions or concerns about the vaccines, please speak with your doctor before the clinic
