Please join the Wayne Law Chapter of If/When/How for a special de-stress event. Qi-Gong (otherwise known as "Chi-gong) is a mindfulness meditation practice focused on breath work and gentle movements. It requires no equipment and no experience. Anyone can do it! Qi-Gong Master Teresa Yeung, a #1 international best-selling author and founder of Pureland Qi-Gong will lead a FREE class.
