We invite you to join us for a debate on Originalism, aimed at addressing common misconceptions and providing a balanced discussion on this important interpretive philosophy. This event will offer an opportunity to hear both sides of the debate, allowing attendees to gain a deeper understanding of what Originalism truly entails and its implications in constitutional interpretation.

Presenters include David Forte, Professor of Law at Cleveland State University Law School and Jonathan Weinberg, Professor of Law at Wayne State University Law School.
