Three former Michigan Supreme Court Justices, Honrable Marilyn J. Kelly (retired, Wayne Faculty); James L. Ryan (retired, also a former judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit); Clifford Taylor (retired); and renowned reporter, Peter Overby of NPR, all explore the First Amendment contours of money as speech.
