The Wayne Law Federalist Society Student Chapter will host Professor Richard Duncan, Sherman S. Welpton, Jr. Professor of Law and Warren R. Wise Professor of Law at the University of Nebraska College of Law.

Professor Duncan will present a lecture titled "Trump vs. the 'Popular Vote': How Electoral Votes, the U.S. Senate, and Art. V Protect Federalism, Regionalism, and Government by National Consensus."

Post-lecture commentary will be provided by Professor Steven Winter.
