Your law school personal statement is the most thought-provoking and time-consuming piece of your law school application. It is where you express yourself directly to the admissions committee while distinguishing yourself from the applicant pool. To ease the stress of the process, Wayne State University Law School is hosting a Google Hangout open to anyone interested in applying to law school.

During the workshop, you'll:

  • Get an inside perspective on what law schools look for in personal statements
  • Learn about the process of drafting a strong personal statement
  • Master the dos of a successful statement and avoid the surefire don’ts
  • Start brainstorming or learn how to improve your personal statement draft

The workshop will be led by Justin Williams, associate director of admissions and diversity recruitment at Wayne Law.

This workshop is appropriate regardless of where you are in the drafting process! RSVP today and submit a question to be answered live during the event!
